This indicator shows data for patients of age 20 or more with an A1C within the diabetes range (6.5% or higher) per the CDC guidelines. In addition, it shows correlations between patients with an A1C indicating diabetes and Body Mass Index (BMI), ethnicity, Federal Poverty Level (FPL) status, health insurance status, sex, and age.
