Adults with Diabetes
The 3 clinics from the RGV assessed include Nuestra Clinica Del Valle (NCDV), Su Clinica, and Brownsville Community Health Clinic (BCHC). The data analyzed for these 3 clinics includes patient demographic and chronic diseases information. Data from 2016-2020 was compared between all 3 clinics to identify diabetes trends in the adults patients.
